Kettering Business Consultants provides a platform for Kettering members who operate consulting services businesses to match with and provide services to other Kettering members’ companies.
The Kettering Business Consultants Vision
- The purpose of the Kettering Business Consultant group is to connect members who have their own established businesses with members who are gainfully employed by a corporate entity who, from time to time have project-based business needs.
- By connecting these two groups of Kettering members, the employed Kettering member is able to secure an experienced provider who subscribes to the core Kettering philosophies that they do to get their needs met.
- In turn, the Kettering consultant member will be able to do business with fellow Kettering member who is helping and supporting their business growth.
Kettering Business Consultant Vision and Qualification
- The Kettering Business Consultants Program is designed for Kettering members who have an established Consulting Business.
- To qualify for the program, a Kettering Member’s business must:
- Be registered with Secretary of State Business Registration (C-Corp, S-Corp, or LLC)
- Have an established company website or similar public presence.
- Have a corporate profile that describes the company mission, background, capabilities, and any specific industry focus.
- Have a copy of a current “Annual Registration” document issued by the state of Georgia (or the state where they do business) to show proof of good standing.
- Agree to pay a small fee to Kettering (should you secure a paid project) to support activities that enrich the Kettering Member experience
- Kettering will actively promote the Kettering Business Consultant group in its communications to the membership in the following ways:
- At various membership networking meetings
- On SIG collateral and SIG meetings
- In the monthly Kettering newsletter
- At the regular meetings at the Buckhead Club
- On the Kettering Linkedin website to celebrate contract successes (as appropriate)
Kettering Business Consultant (KBC) applicants are encouraged to carefully read the Kettering Business Consultant Charter (button below) to fully understand the program background and the commitments they would have to make as participants.
