Kettering is Atlanta’s Premier Executive Network
The Kettering Experience revolves around networking, executive education and paying it forward. The common element in all of these is active engagement. To reap the full benefits of membership, the Kettering Member must become – and stay – engaged. This means attending Friday meetings, joining and attending SIGs, enjoying the social events and meeting with fellow members outside of Kettering. But it also means inviting guests to meetings, sponsoring candidates for membership, nominating Speakers, Mentoring Year-Up Students and supporting our Sponsors. Further, members can utilize their talents in Servant Leadership by joining a committee, becoming a SIG leader or serving on the Kettering Board.
It is through engagement that the Kettering member achieves “Success Accelerated.”

The Kettering Difference: Pay It Forward
A Kettering Core Value is “Pay It Forward.” In practice, Pay It Forward has many aspects. Fundamentally it is about helping others without expectation of something in return. It means always taking a call or answering an email from another Kettering Member. It means actively helping each other with business ideas, opportunities and introductions. It means community engagement both inside and outside of Kettering. It means the giving of time and resources. It is an attitude and a mindset. It is the Kettering Culture and it is what makes Kettering special.
