What is Kettering’s “Pay-it-Forward” Culture?
“Pay-it-Forward” is fundamental to what Kettering is. As a networking organization, the expectation is that every Kettering Member will be there for other Kettering members, taking calls, making introductions, providing advice, etc. But that’s not all there is to it. Kettering members are expected to “give back” to the community and to those in need through Kettering Community partnerships as well as through personal give-back activities.
